Parent Date Night

Girls Chorus, under the supervision of Ginger and Dave Jewett, provided child care for about 25 youngsters Saturday evening. The night was a success with about 25 youngsters and ten members of the Girls Chorus playing games, drawing pictures, eating pizza and cookies while some parents enjoyed a date night.

One parent was overheard telling another that it was the first evening that they had felt comfortable leaving their youngster to go out on a date. On the financial front, the evening grossed over $300.00 with the net proceeds to help fund the Girls Chorus trip in March to 3ABN.

Rumor has it that future Date Nights are planned. Stay tuned . . . . .
